Shipping policy
I use a Fulfillment service company in order to fulfill the orders. Please allow 2-4 days turnaround time. Combine that with guaranteed 3-5 day delivery on a tracked service, and your products will get where they're going in no time. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

I also create handmade Mixed Media fine art pieces, greeting cards, bookmarks which would need a 2-4 days turnaround time. Combined with Domestic shipping services 2-8 day delivery on a tracked service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For exchanges, Suguna Design Studio will cover the delivery cost of sending your exchanged item(s) back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning your product(s) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible if an item gets lost during delivery. We also strongly discourage using private shipping companies to return your item(s) to us. These companies often charge us fees upon reception of your package, which we must refuse to pay. In that case, your package will be returned to you. We recommend sending your package through your local post office.
